Unfortunately it has been two months since the last painting article. And so, to celebrate our birthday, here is the first work in progress shot of my Honoured Imperium Statue - for an honoured website.
To finish this statue off I plan to use Nihulakh Oxide on it to give it a verdigris effect. The other two pieces of this set will also be well worn, when I get round to them. I haven't yet decided what colours to paint the shattered aquila - Metal or Stone?
I am enjoying painting some terrain for my army and now that you can use as a fortification to grant stubborn all the more use for the utramarines.
